Tiny Miracles Rescue is a non profit 501c3 organization dedicated to solving the problem of pet over-population. At the farm, they provide a safe refuge for animals in need. Their adoptable pets have been abandoned and/or are saved from “high-kill” shelters where their odds of ending up in a loving home are poor. Once there, they will receive love, attention, a health evaluation, and help to find their perfect forever family. All of our adoptable pets are altered, vaccinated, and given heartworm and flea preventatives. Their temperaments are carefully screened so that they can be placed in the correct adoptive homes. They also serve as a resource to the community by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of altering your pet, positive behavior training, and pet nutrition. Be sure to check both our website often to see our available animals.
Pet of the Week: Rodney
Hi, I’m Rodney. I’m a little guy. I’ve been told that I’m one of the sweetest guys out there and have the biggest heart. I was found as a stray in Philadelphia so no one is sure how old I am, but I’m estimated to be about 2 years old. My charcoal brown coat is like velvet, especially my ears and snout. I am almost house-trained and with some diligence, I’ll get it in no time flat. I LOVE dogs, and people, especially kids. I really, really like to stay super close to my person and sit on your lap and snuggle my nose into your side. I don’t chew or destroy anything. I’m not a real barker. I listen really well and learn quickly. I know sit, off and stay and that is just in a couple of days. I’m trying really hard to walk well on a leash, especially since I love being outside. If we work hard on it, I know I’ll get it.
