*Results may vary.

At barre3, we know exercise alone is not the only solution for a strong, healthy body.

There are the 3 pillars of the barre3 approach: Exercise, nourish, connect. It’s not just about how hard you work out or the numbers on the scale. It’s about nourishing your body and making connections in order to lead a balanced and happier life. By focusing on whole-body health, we empower you to feel your best from the inside out.

This January, join us for B3 ALL IN. Take 5 barre3 classes a week and eat real whole foods, the kind that satisfy you and never deprive. This program is about getting you to the results you want: a centered mind, a worked body, and amplified energy.
