No matter the year, striving for a more healthy lifestyle is always near the top of the list for New Year’s resolutions. According to a 2018 survey of resolutions, 45 percent of Americans surveyed said they wanted to get in shape or lose weight over the coming year. If that’s you, remember that in addition to exercise, healthy eating is another important part of reaching that goal. To help you out, we’ve provided some great spots in MontCo where you can find healthy choices to satisfy your palate while boosting your intake of veggies, grains and other healthy options.
