Buyers browse for unique gifts at the Craft Marketplace at Pennypacker Mills
The Friends of Pennypacker Mills is holding its fifth annual Craft Marketplace on the grounds of the Mills, located at 5 Haldeman Road in Schwenksville, on Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 9:30 AM to 3 PM.
Rows and rows of wonderful handmade treasures—from cute and cuddly baby blankets to stylish sterling silver and gemstone jewelry—are ready for you to wrap and ribbon and present to your very special family and friends. In these days of mass-produced and foreign-made goods it is so very refreshing to come across these carefully and beautifully created items. This year’s event is being held in conjunction with the Perkiomen Valley Art Center who will be presenting and selling 2-D artwork. Kona Ice of Schwenksville will be helping us in our fund raising efforts. The mansion will be open for tours and a food vendor will be available for lunch.
Be aware that the bridge at Rts. 73 and 29 is closed. Follow the Craft Marketplace signs to arrive at Pennypacker Mills.
