Mayhem at Morgan: The Witch’s Curse

When: Friday, October 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Where: Morgan Log House, 850 Weikel Road, Lansdale

NOTE: Morgan Log House will also be hosting “Mini-Mayhem” on Sunday, October 28 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. There will be crafts, games and trick-or-treating. This free event is meant to be an afternoon for the younger set that are too little for The Witch’s Curse.

The Morgan Log House is hosting a night of historical frights! Groups will experience spooky tales and creepy sights. All while solving puzzles to help lift the witch’s spell from your cursed guide! Tours leave every half hour, and timed tickets are required. Purchase tickets here for $6. This attraction is recommended for ages 8 and up.

Ambler YMCA Halloween Party

When: Friday, October 26 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Where: Ambler YMCA, 1325 McKean Road, Ambler

The Ambler YMCA will host their Annual Halloween Party on Friday night. The event is free and open to the community. Bring your own treat bag and enjoy the trunk or treat trail, a spooky haunted trail and carnival games. There will also be a dance party under the pavilion.

The Witches of Narberth

When: Saturday, October 27 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: The corner of Forrest and Haverford Avenues, Narberth, PA 19072

Get ready to meet 13 of the scariest witches ever in Narberth during “The Witches of Narberth,” an annual community scavenger hunt. This free event begins at the corner of Forrest and Haverford Aves. and continues throughout the town. Find a witch and collect a Halloween treat. Finally, return to the start after finding all 13 to receive a special prize. Costumes are welcome! The hunt runs until 4 p.m. or when prizes run out.

Ambler Halloween Parade & Extravaganza

When: Saturday, October 27 at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: The Ambler Theater, 108 E. Butler Avenue, Ambler

Get the kids in their costumes and head over to Butler Avenue in Ambler. Register in front of The Ambler Theater to participate in the parade. Or just enjoy the various kid-friendly activities. There will be pumpkin decorating, entertainment and treats provided by Ambler businesses. Butler Avenue will be closed for the event.

East Norriton Township Trunk or Treat and Fall Fest

When: Saturday, October 27 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Where: Stanbridge Street Park, 2501 Stanbridge Street, East Norriton

Bring the kids in costume to enjoy trunk or treating and hayrides. And then stick around for fireworks at 6:30 p.m.

Movie Night at Create Me Pottery Painting Studio: Disney’s Zombies

When: Saturday, October 27 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Where: Create Me Pottery, 2048 County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley

Drop off the kids for 3 hours of fun while you enjoy a night out! Kids can choose a pottery piece (valued at $20 or less) to paint while they watch Disney’s Zombies. They’ll also receive popcorn to munch on during the movie, pizza from Randazzo’s Pizza, a juice box and a cupcake. All for $30 per person. (Cheaper than most babysitters!)
