If you feel stress or frustration, or find yourself frequently worrying about the future, then chances are it may be taking a toll on your health. You could be missing out on the life you deserve to be living. In this one hour presentation Harriet Stein, RN, MS will offer techniques that will help you be more present in the moment, able to manage stress and promote relaxation. Harriet has 30 years of experience in the global healthcare industry – 12 years in a hospital setting and 18 years in a corporate environment. She is an expert in the field of learning and development, nursing, patient advocacy, and clinical research.
Harriet has taught Mindfulness at Work programs to over 1,000 employees at a Fortune 500 healthcare company, at public sessions, private corporations, and has presented these programs live over the Internet to companies across the United States.
