Abundantly Nourished Presents – Carb Cycling & Intermittent Fasting 6 Week Program

Does this sound like you?  I follow all of the rules, but I still can’t lose weight…I lose 5 lbs, then gain 7 back…I’m just getting old and my metabolism is slow…I’ve tried everything to lose weight and nothing works…I exercise everyday, eat like a bird and get nowhere.  What if you could eat more and exercise less…become a fat burning machine…have more energy…reduce inflammation AND help balance your hormones?  Then this 6 week program could be for you!  With this program you will receive…1. Program Guide  2. Weekly Food Cycling Plan  3.  Weekly Food Exercise Plan  4.  Recipes and Food/ Shopping Guides  5.  Online Private Facebook Group.  TWO meetings to be held at Limerick Chiropractic Center.  The first one will be on Thursday, 2/16 from 7pm-8pm and the last will be on Sunday, April 2 from 12:30pm-1:30pm.  At this meeting we will take all pertinent measurements, record stats, go over the guidelines, provide you with a checklist, shopping list, recipes,and answer any questions you may have.  If you cannot attend, all of this information will be provided in our online, private FB group.
