Abundantly Nourished Presents – Carb Cycling & Intermittent Fasting 6 Week Program

Join our team on Saturday, April 8th 2017 for a night set to be full of laughter, games, and support for individuals with individuals with Invisible Challenges™! The money raised will go to individuals who struggle with Invisible Challenges™ (Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Asperger’s, HFA, etc.), helping them receive support for our various programs. Audubon Bird Town Bird Walk on the Pennypack Trail

Meet at the Welsh Road/Terwood Road parking area for the Pennypack Trail.  This is one of the regular third-Tuesday-of-the-month morning bird walks that are led by members of the Wyncote Audubon Society.  Explore the Pennypack Trail in the area of the Bethayres Swamp, an official Audubon IBA (Important Bird Area).  Look for resident winter birds and early spring migrants.  All are welcome, both new birders and those with experience.  Bring binoculars if you have them.  Pre-registration is preferred, but not required.  Ages: adults and children 12 and up.
