Pilates teacher Rachael Bridgens opened Pilates Collective in February of 2025. With her private practice full, Rachael wanted to create a community hub, a space she says is “free of ego or elitism, where everybody feels welcome, seen, and capable.”
Rachael has taught Pilates since 2014, but after a difficult pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period with her daughter in 2017, Pre- and Postnatal Pilates became a lifeline. She spent years earning advanced certifications and working one-on-one with pregnant and postpartum women, learning about how Pilates can help women like her. Now Pilate’s Collective’s Mommy and Me classes are one of the most meaningful parts of Racheal’s week. Pilates Collective specializes in small group classes with over 80 options to choose from each week. Class options include equipment-focused classes like reformer and jumpboard, classes focused on strength or flexibility, as well as Prenatal and Mommy and Me sessions. Pilates Collective is also the only studio in the area that offers tower pilates classes. FIND OUT MORE and schedule a class!
