This is the time that persistence and motivation have to take over when the newness of all this has worn off.
One of the things that helps me are my visits to the Tuesday and Thursday evening classes at Bair Knuckles Strength. I didn’t think that I would look at physical challenges in a positive way, but just when I had the current workout routine down, it changed! At first I felt a little discouraged that I would have to learn some new exercises, but only after a two classes, I felt a difference. Sarah, the instructor creates such a great non-judgmental environment , so it is easy to try new things. I am sad that this week’s blizzard will prevent me from getting to class tonight. The end of March will mean that my classes will come to an end..and it is my hope that I can continue a similar exercise regimen on my own closer to home.
I have my follow up appointment soon at Healthy Solutions Medspa to see results from the Coolsculpting procedure. It will be interesting to see the results of the treatment!
I also enjoy having the supplies to whiten my teeth when I feel the need. As I said before, Dr. Hunter and the staff at Skippack Village Dentistry were wonderful!
I look forward to continuing this journey to see where it will take me next!
