What a night! The 9th annual Hogs and Honeys Valentine’s Benefit Party for Mission Kids was an overwhelming success thanks to all the organizers, volunteers, supporters and participants who helped make this such an incredible event. On Sunday March 3rd, Abbie Newman, the Executive Director of Mission Kids was presented a check for $24,000 from Sue and Sam Gardy of Kick Start Motorcycles. Sue, Sam and Abbie have worked tirelessly for months on end to ensure that everything went smoothly, but more so to bring our community together for a cause that everyone can feel for.
No matter who you, what you do or where you’re from, if you were there dancing, eating and drinking the night away then you were a huge part as to why Kick Start Motorcycles and Mission Kids were able to raise so much money for some very deserving children. This touching fundraiser was host to more than 500 people at the Valley Forge Convention Center, including a live band, food vendors of all sorts and a group of people that all had fun for a great cause! Montco Happening was not only honored to act as media sponsor for this amazing event, but we were even more humbled and thankful to meet the caring people behind the scenes. The one’s who helped put it all together. Thank you to Kick Start Motorcycles and Mission Kids for all that they do in our community’!!!
