On August 6, 2017, at 7:00pm, Green Lane Park will host Kategory 5 Band. Kategory 5 is the reigning 2016-2017 House band for WMGK. Hailing from Newark, Delaware, they are six top notch performers who bring an amazing variety of classic and progressive rock and pop from the ‘70s and ‘80s. Their musicianship is so detailed and dynamic that every song sounds like a tribute act of that band. From rich three and four part harmonies with both male and female lead vocals, to layered guitars and keyboards, they bring an exacting quality to every performance. Come experience an evening and “Feel the power of the hurricane”.
The Green Lane Park Amphitheater is located at 2298 Green Lane Road near the intersection of Green Lane Road and Hill
Road, just off Route 29, in Green Lane, PA. Please bring chairs or blankets. The concert is free.
