Saint Teresa Community Festival
When: Now through Saturday, August 24 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Where: 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville
A summer tradition! Enjoy amusement rides by Tons of Fun, rockwall and bungee by Bruster’s, live bands, kid’s games, adult games of chance, Beer & Wine Garden, His & Hers Bingo, Gift Card Bingo, delicious food and more!
Limerick Community Day
When: Saturday, August 24 from 4p.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: Limerick Community Park, 180 Swamp Pike, Royersford
There’s something for everyone at this great day for the community! The festivities start at 4 p.m. with a performance by the Spring-Ford Area School District Band to kick-off the fun. Enjoy an exhibitor expo, demonstrations by emergency first responders, a kids activity area and RAM Nation. There will be tons of great food with The Cow and the Curd, Nick’s Roast Beef, Chick-Fil-A, Stewart’s Root Beer and Petrucci’s Ice Cream to name just a few. There will also be a beer garden presented by Railroad Bar & Grill. Stick around to watch Ralph Breaks the Internet at dusk in the park.
Peach Festival & Silent Auction at Emmanuel EC Church
When: Saturday, August 24 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: 100 S. Main Street, Hatfield
All are welcome at Emmanuel EC Church’s annual Peach Festival & Silent Auction. There will be bbq, hot dogs, peaches and ice cream for food. Plus, vendors, live music and a silent auction.
Temple University Ambler Campus Drive-In Movie: Aladdin (2019)
When: Saturday, August 24 from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: 580 Meetinghouse Road, Ambler
Take a drive into the past and enjoy a drive-in movie with your family! The Ambler Campus of Temple is hosting a special drive-in movie presentation of the new live action Aladdin in the large parking lot at Temple Ambler. Admission is $10 per car, so pack in the family for a movie under the stars! Note: There will also be food trucks! Register here.
28th Annual Ukrainian Folk Festival
When: Sunday, August 25 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Lower State and County Line Roads, Horsham
Enjoy an outdoor summer stage concert and show (1:30 to 4:30 PM), a public social dance (4:30 – 8:00 PM), homemade Ukrainian foods and baked goods, BBQ pit, standard picnic fare, kid’s fun area, vendors grove, Ukrainian arts and crafts displays and bazaar, cool refreshments, Live Reenactments from Ukrainian history and Ukrainian hospitality.
Ambler Sunday Evening Summer Concert Series: ReD Angel
When: Sunday, August 25 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Where: 580 Meetinghouse Road, Ambler
This is the final week in this summer series, so be sure to come out for a wonderful evening of live music! The Red Angel Band will be playing classic rock from the 60s through the 80s. Bring chairs or blankets.
