Montco's Most Happening Event of the Year

The Happening List Red Carpet Bash 2013 is less than two weeks away, and the team here at Montco Happening could not be more excited to honor all of your hard work and positive contributions to this community. The Happening List contest was designed to let you, the people of Montco choose and vote for who you thought were the best people, places, things and events in our area. After an overwhelming response and thousands of votes, the time has come to put the spotlight on all of the winners, and we are inviting the public to attend as well! As we stated, the Happening List Red Carpet Bash is our way of recognizing everyone involved with the contest, but it’s also our way of bringing Montgomery County together under one roof at the Blair Mill Inn. We encourage everyone to come socialize and interact with each other at this annual event that will be happening on Thursday, May 23rd from 7pm-midnight. By meeting our area’s business owner’s, charities, residents and even competitors, we can learn how to help each other grow in 2013 and beyond.

This is going to be a big networking event that will include awards, live music, DJ, food, drinks and camaraderie for the county that we proudly call home. With that being said, we wanted to mention that this is not a sit down event! Our goal is to set this up as a free flowing party where everyone can have fun while meeting new people. There will be plenty of photo opportunities for everyone in attendance, as well as written articles about the night that will be published and plugged through all our social media outlets. Just coming to the Red Carpet Bash will serve as a great way for you and your business to get exposure throughout our community, not to mention having a great time!

Montco Happening is happy to announce that 102.9 WMGK will be in attendance at the Red Carpet Bash! Their team will be accepting the award for the John DeBella Dog Walk, voted by you as the Best Outdoor Event in Montgomery County. In addition, they will also be bringing the 102.9 WMGK “Classic Rock Squad” to spice things up with games and prizes. Beth Malonoski from BCM Art & Photography will be capturing everyone in their Red Carpet attire, as well as freelance photographer Ryan Hutchinson who will be working the crowd with camera in hand. Lochel’s Bakery in Hatboro is set to serve up some sweet surprises for all our guests, along with food from Magerk’s Pub, Javelin Caterers, beer samples from Iron Abbey of Horsham, wine samples from Karamoor Estate Wines’ of Fort Washington, live music from The Really Big Shoe and Best of Times Professional DJ’s, plus a special appearance from the brave men and women of Centre Square Fire Rescue 33. It’s going to be an all star night of Montco’s finest! Make sure you grab your tickets while there’s still time, as they will NOT be sold at the door.
