Kinks

Meet Kinks (aka Jaffe), a lively, loving, friendly, doggy. My paperwork says Chihuahua mix but my foster mom believes I am more of a min-pin mix. Similarly we were told Jaffe is 6 years old but he behaves like a much younger dog. Jaffe is a great lap dog who loves to snuggle and cuddle. When he’s not in his person’s lap, he’s following them everywhere. He responds well to his humans and follows commands. He loves his toys and loves to play. He trains easily with treats. If you don’t want to have your heart stolen, you probably don’t want to spend any time with him, because he steals the hearts of everyone who gets to know him. He gets along well with other dogs, large and small, and has passed the cat test. He is up to date on all his shots and is neutered and ready for a forever family. We are looking for a family who is experienced with dogs and is able to be an ‘alpha’ right from the start.

They need volunteers to foster dogs in their homes until permanent homes are found. HAL provides vet care, food, toys. crates, etc. for the dog you are caring for. You provide love, and compassion. If you can’t foster but can help watch a dog overnight here and there, help with transports or events, HAL needs volunteers too!
