Hi, there…I’m Val. I was found as a stray in West Philly and luckily rescued by Tiny Miracles. Now it’s time for my miracle! I’m a beautiful, perfect size (33 lbs), 1-1.5 year old girl with a butt that never stops wiggling. I have a nice balance of affection, energy and spunk. I love to chase balls, run in the yard and just chill with my besties. I get along great with kids and other dogs, too. My earlier story wasn’t ideal…but it’s all about having a great finish! Tiny Miracles Rescue is a non profit 501c3 organization dedicated to solving the problem of pet over-population. At the farm, they provide a safe refuge for animals in need. Their adoptable pets have been abandoned and/or are saved from “high-kill” shelters where their odds of ending up in a loving home are poor. Once there, they will receive love, attention, a health evaluation, and help to find their perfect forever family. All of our adoptable pets are altered, vaccinated, and given heartworm and flea preventatives. Their temperaments are carefully screened so that they can be placed in the correct adoptive homes. They also serve as a resource to the community by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of altering your pet, positive behavior training, and pet nutrition.
