A cemetery might seem like an odd place to watch the sun dip down over Montco, but not if you ask photographer Dennis Watkins from Flourtown. When MH inquired as to why he chose this particular location, Dennis replied; “I don’t think of death or loss when visiting cemeteries, just the opposite. I am reminded of enjoying life, peace and serenity. The silence alone is something that I respect and appreciate. For all these reasons, cemeteries are one of my favorite places to reflect and take photos.” We thank Dennis for sharing his picture with all of us, and for shooting what may sometimes seem like a grim place in a positive light.
