Capture some of the vibrant gold of autumn at a Potpourri of Pods program at Norristown Farm Park on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 1:00pm. Participants will harvest gently curled leaves, air-dried wildflowers, grasses, and other bounty to use in arrangements. Bring garden gloves, clippers, and a basket or tall bucket for gathering. Also bring a container, such as an opaque vase or crock, in which to make arrangements. Please note: picking in parks is not normally allowed; there is an exception just for this program.
Adults and children aged 12 and older are invited to the event. There is a $5.00 fee per person. Preregistration is required. Please call 610-270-0215 to preregister.
Norristown Farm Park is located at Barley Sheaf Drive and Germantown Pike in East Norriton, PA 19403. Meet at the park office.
