Ladies, this post is for you! Footwear extraordinaire Abbie Hoffman has brought a new shoe boutique called “In Her Shoes” to Montgomery County. Unveiled earlier this month in Jenkintown, this unique shoe store and boutique is conveniently housed inside of Linda’s Loft in Noble Square. In Her Shoes presents fashionable, contemporary footwear from shoe designers such as Ella Moss, Joie and Polomo. Inventory of more
than 700 pairs includes ballet flats, wedges, evening stilettos and spring booties.
“We are going after the customer looking for great styles from unique designers and new options for great shoes for every occasion from the soccer field to the ballroom…I sourced quality, designer labels that are not available at other local retailers. I was looking for high style footwear at a more reasonable price than other well-knownbrands,” said Abbie Hoffman. “Our customer is a fashionable woman of any age who appreciates seasonal trends and good design found in luxury footwear.”
Instead of taking a section of Linda’s Loft, the merchandise is displayed uniquely throughout the boutique, allowing customers to visualize how the shoes work with beautiful pieces of clothing, and on their own. In Her Shoes added soft lounge seating throughout the store and innovative wall displays to merge the two retail spaces elegantly together. Hoffman scours both footwear and fashion collections to choose the most exciting designs.
Hoffman opened In Her Shoes as a second career, after spending twenty years at the helm of a manufacturing company. After a short respite, she chose to open a shoestore, as shoes are one of her greatest passions in life.
