After the holidays, many are left feeling “weighed down” from the countless dinners, parties and endless trays of cookies and sweets that are never out of reach. That’s why Marianne Gere and Kim Strengari, the owners of Stella Blu, Gypsy Saloon and Southern Cross Kitchen, have introduced their new healthy menus at each location.

Featuring healthier dining options that are still full on flavor, the new menus were designed to give guests more choices when visiting each of the restaurants. Each dish was carefully created to reflect the authenticity of the restaurant yet are a healthier alternative for those looking for a lighter menu option.

The healthy menus are available now and every day that each restaurant is open.
