The former caterer for the Philadelphia Art Museum and the Franklin Institute, Chef Ftouh prepares to pamper this small borough’s dinner palette with such exquisite dishes as Braised Lamb Shoulder, Pasta Tagra (Penne Rigate pasta served with sauteed seafood and homemade tomato sauce), Moroccan Braised Salmon, Vegetarian Tagine and Mediterranean Sweet & Sour Salmon, plus exotic daily dinner specials.
