Personal trainer and business owner Jessica Rapp is proud to announce the grand opening of the new location for her private personal fitness training studio, Unique Physique for Life (UPL). She recently made the decision to take her personal training business to a new location where she could provide greater offerings for her clients, such as accommodating more active group classes and the TRX Suspension Training equipment.
She found new studio space for UPL at 1000 Grosser Road in Gilbertsville, PA, neighboring the Valero gas station, massage and bodywork center, skincare boutique, and others. The new training space allows her clients to enjoy new and exciting workouts with a larger selection of group classes, as well as strength training, cardio, core classes and more in 700 square feet of workout space.
As a new member of the Spring Ford Chamber of Commerce, Rapp is proud to announce Unique Physique for Life’s official ribbon cutting ceremony, which takes place at 10 a.m. on June 8, 2013 at the studio’s present location on Grosser Road in Gilbertsville. UPL also celebrates its official grand opening immediately following the ribbon cutting. The grand opening kicks off in connection with the monthly open house events that take place every second Saturday until 3 p.m. for all businesses at this center.
UPL’s grand opening celebration will feature a meet and greet with owner Jessica Rapp, personalized demos on the TRX equipment, goodie bags for the first 20 guests, a fitness raffle, and delicious yet healthy refreshments. UPL is proud to invite the public, the media, and other businesses to come and enjoy the ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration at the fitness studio’s new location.
Jessica’s core philosophy is that the body changes when the mind changes, and real changes deliver real results. Her fitness offerings at UPL range from strength and endurance to balance and coordination, flexibility and posture, weight loss, nutrition counseling, and more. Group classes include TRX Suspension Training, abs and core classes, and early bird fitness sessions for total conditioning. UPL also offers Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching, which helps to improve workouts as well as flexibility, reducing the chance of injury.
UPL strives to help people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health and weight loss goals in a setting that is motivational, fun, and focused. Current and former clients have successfully dropped pounds, lost inches, tightened, toned, and even improved athletic performance and mobility in many ways. Jessica’s efforts in balance, coordination, flexibility, and posture have also enhanced the day-to-day activity of clients who previously experienced stiffness, balance issues, or other mobility concerns.
“My business is all about people changing,” Jessica Rapp says. “In order to change your body, you have to change your mind. If you don’t change your mind, YOU will never change. Begin with a change in thought and then the other changes emerge. If you want real results, you have to commit to making those real changes. Only you can make something change; you need to just dive in and start somewhere.”
The public and members of the media are invited to come out and enjoy the fun of both the ribbon cutting ceremony and the grand opening of Unique Physique for Life at 1000 Grosser Road on Saturday, June 8, 2013.
