Wanderer is an existing shop in Zern’s Farmer’s Market. Wanderer is being moved into a larger space in Zern’s and they are looking for people who wish to display their wares. The Market is hoping to showcase a lot of handcrafted items but we will welcome some manufactured goods as well.Display space will be provided, product display/arrangement and furnishings (unless you require something special such as a clothing rack). In addition, staffing, electricity, centralized checkout counter, and some marketing are included.Space can range from a single shelf for $15 per month to 100sq ft. for $230 per month plus a 15% commission on all sales. Products must be approved in order to rent space.The goal is to open doors in October. If you are interested in renting a space, please Join this event to be placed on the list. As soon as dates are set for when you can get into the shop to see and select a space to rent, you’ll be notified. This space will be rented on a first come, first serve basis. Those who sign up and stock their space during October will receive 1/2 price rent for October.
There will also be a space available for services, classes and other events. This space will help to draw in customers and keep them coming back.
