History & Haunts

Join the FARM crew to explore the history, learn about the artist’s inspiration for the many beautiful utility boxes and hear about some of the mysteries that haunt the little town of Pottstown! If you love history and the paranormal, then this tour is for you! This is a walking tour that takes about an hour and will end at the Elks Club with lite bites and a toast to the spirits of Pottstown. Tickets are on sale at www.pottstownfarm.org.
A Walk Among the Graeme Ghosts

Step inside the ghost story, and explore the haunted halls of Graeme Park. Over 300 years of spirits are active on the property, and as the veil thins between the spirit world and our own, the staff and volunteers cannot control the ghost activity on site. This year, you are invited to step inside the spirit realm. Join site staff and a hired medium to spend time in the museum after night fall. Maybe you can finally put the spirits to rest. Tours take place at 7, 7:45, 8:30, 9:15 and 10.

Boo at the Zoo returns on Saturday, October 5. Enjoy a spooktacular afternoon filled with fun for princesses, ghosts, superheroes, and all your little ghouls and goblins. Don’t forget your trick-or-treat bags—there will be treat and activity stations all along Stony Creek. Before the Halloween Parade and trick-or-treating get started, there’s a free family event that’s become a Main Line kid favorite – The Witches of Narberth! At 1pm, on the corner of Forrest and Haverford Avenues, Halloween kicks off with this popular annual scavenger hunt. Children of all ages are invited to join in this free event, where kids search downtown Narberth high and low for the witchiest witches around. They collect treats along the way, and then return to the start to collect a Halloween prize. Costumes are welcome.
