It’s time for the big reveal! A few months back, The Shops at Valley Square announced plans to renovate “Center Court” – the focal point of the popular mixed-use lifestyle center in Warrington.
The highly-anticipated renovation has been completed just in time for the busy holiday shopping season. “Center Court” has transformed into a dynamic “Town Center” – featuring a Living Room Pavilion with a working fireplace, comfortable seating, enhanced lighting, games and activities for all ages, and a 32’ diameter Storytelling Area.
The community is invited to celebrate the big reveal in an even bigger way – with a train-themed extravaganza on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 12:30pm! Head over for a Polar Express-inspired “Hot Chocolate” Dance Performance (including complimentary hot chocolate of course!), interactive games, live music, free goodies including s’mores sets and children’s train whistles, a working train ride, and even the chance to win hundreds of dollars worth of prizes like a family pack of tickets to the New Hope – Ivyland Railroad and a Lionel Train Set!
Poag Shopping Centers acquired The Shops at Valley Square in June of 2016 and is excited to invest in continued development of the lifestyle center. The property was built in 2007 and has approximately 204,000 square-feet of first floor retail space and 89,000 square-feet of second floor office space.
The village-like setting includes an array of coveted brands – including DWS Shoes, ULTA Beauty, Banana Republic, White House Black Market, and more – as well as top-notch eateries – including P.F. Chang’s, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panera Bread, The Melting Pot, MOD Pizza and Turning Point. The center is designed to look like a country town with street lamps, tree-lined sidewalks, flowers and benches, street parking and buildings no taller than three stories.
