Does this sound like you?  I follow all of the rules, but I still can’t lose weight…I lose 5 lbs, then gain 7 back…I’m just getting old and my metabolism is slow…I’ve tried everything to lose weight and nothing works…I exercise everyday, eat like a bird and get nowhere.  What if you could eat more and exercise less…become a fat burning machine…have more energy…reduce inflammation AND help balance your hormones?  Then this 6 week program could be for you!  With this program you will receive…1. Program Guide  2. Weekly Food Cycling Plan  3.  Weekly Food Exercise Plan  4.  Recipes and Food/ Shopping Guides  5.  Online Private Facebook Group.  TWO meetings to be held at Limerick Chiropractic Center.  The first one will be on Thursday, 2/16 from 7pm-8pm and the last will be on Sunday, April 2 from 12:30pm-1:30pm.  At this meeting we will take all pertinent measurements, record stats, go over the guidelines, provide you with a checklist, shopping list, recipes, and answer any questions you may have.  If you cannot attend, all of this information will be provided in our online, private FB group. This meeting is intended to help answer questions to those that still prefer face to face contact.  During the last meeting we will assess success and re-take measurements, interpret your results, discuss how to continue and stay successful.  If you cannot attend, again, all of this information will be discussed in our private FB group.  The private FB group will provide daily support, tips, check-ins, additional recipes and you can ask questions when they arise.  You will get the food and exercise plan one week at a time.  This method keeps you focused on the goal for the week!  The cost of this program is $99.00 and registration is required.  Please contact Shannon at 610-489-1000 to register OR you can register online http://www.genbook.com/bookings/slot/reservation/30245440/1354459257/1129100045/1486357200000?bookingContactId=2364004973

EC34 Virtual 5K Fundraiser
May 17 @ 12:00 am – 12:00 am

The Horsham-based Edward Taylor Coombs Foundation has modified its 10th annual EC34 5K to a virtual format. This year’s race also features a step challenge with prizes awarded for the most steps.

What this means for participants

How to participate

Register for the race here. Cost is $12 per participant. Share the event to social media to connect with friends, family, and fellow race enthusiasts. Be sure to tag #EC34 and @etcfoundation34 on your posts.

On race day, use a mobile fitness tracking app (like MapMyRun or Nike + Training Club) to live-track and log your race. Remember, you can run or walk your EC34 5K anytime during the last two weeks of May. Be sure to submit your participation to [email protected] by June 4. Winners will be awarded in every age group. Submit your recorded steps from May 17 to May 31 for a chance at a prize for top steps recorded.

Proceeds benefit the Edward Taylor Coombs Foundation and will be redirected back to the community through scholarship awards. Since the Foundation’s inception in 2011, more than $600,000 in student scholarship awards have been distributed to dozens of local student scholars.
