Montgomery County’s Central Perkiomen Valley Park will hold a “Winter Tree ID Walk” on Saturday, January 28, 2017 beginning at 1:00pm. No leaves? No problem! While most native trees have lost their leaves, there are many ways to identify them in the dead of winter. Join the staff Central Perkiomen Park as they share tips on identifying trees and shrubs using bark, twigs, buds, and fruit as clues. This program will be held outdoors, so bundle up and join the staff for an informative walk to learn all about trees.

This free and pre-registration is required. Please call 610-287-6970 to reserve a spot. The program will meet outside Ranger Station at Central Perkiomen Valley Park, 1 Plank Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473.
