Montgomery County’s Green Lane Park will host an “Earth Day Workday” program in the park on Saturday, April 22nd from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Join staff as we celebrate Earth Day with a day of service in the park. We will continue our ongoing battle to eliminate invasive plants from along the Perkiomen Trail. Participants should bring heavy duty work gloves, pruning and lopping shears, and hard rakes if you have them.
Participants will meet at Lost Corner Parking Lot (corner of Deep Creek Road and Snyder Road in Green Lane Park). This program is suitable for adults and children ages 9 and up. Pre-registration required. Call (215) 234-4528 to reserve your space.
