First graders at Roslyn Elementary School brought the harvest theme into school for some reading fun throughout the month of October! They recreated their favorite book characters using pumpkins as their canvas. Students enjoyed sharing their projects, describing their character, and summarizing the story. The students and staff of Roslyn are enjoying the festive display in the first grade hallway.
