Forrrrrrre! That’s what I would be shouting all day if I was participating in Hatfield Township’s 12th Annual Golf Outing at Mainland Golf Course on Monday, September 12th. Mainland Golf Course is centrally located in Montgomery County, near the Lansdale exit of the turnpike at 2250 Rittenhouse Road, in Mainland, PA. Each year Hatfield Township hosts a fundraising golf outing. This year the proceeds of the outing will benefit the Hatfield Aquatic Center. If you’ve never played in the annual golf outing it’s definitely a lot of fun. Hopefully the weather will cool down a bit by September!

The price per golfer to enter Hatfield Township’s 12th Annual Golf Outing is $110. Your entry fee includes:

  • Greens Fees
  • Cart
  • Scramble Format
  • Luncheon Buffet
  • Special Gift
  • Longest Drive Contest
  • Closet to the Pin Contest
  • Hole-In-One Contest
  • Putting Contest
  • Door Prizes
  • Awards
  • Hot Dinner Buffet

As you can see from the list above, your $110 goes a long way during the annual golf outing. Not only will it get you a cart & a round of golf at a great local course, but you also receive lunch & dinner, as well as, a number of chances to win great prizes. On the day of the event golfers will begin registration at 11:30 a.m. with the pre-outing lunch beginning at Noon. At 1 p.m. golf begins with the ‘Shotgun Start’ and for the next 4.5 hours local Montgomery County golfers will be competing in a fun game of scramble golf. 5:30 p.m. will begin dinner and the awards ceremony.

Hatfield Township is still looking for sponsorships from the local business community. Sponsoring the annual golf outing might be a great way to get your business’s name in front of members of the Montgomery County community.

If you decide to play in the golf outing be sure to drop by our Facebook page or hit us up on Twitter to let us know how you do!
