Gerber, an osteopathic physician and Szalabofka, a business consultant and certified life coach, met several years ago. Both recognized the correlation between eating the right foods, regular exercise, maintaining a positive attitude and the direct impact those factors can have on goal achievement and overall performance optimization.
The result of their shared vision of this holistic approach to a better, more productive lifestyle was Refresh Wellness, Weight Loss and Cosmetics, a Newtown based health and wellness center, which the duo launched back in 2011. Refresh includes a full range of non invasive cosmetic skin enhancement services and therapeutic laser treatments, complimented by male and female hormone optimization and rejuvenating anti aging therapies. Also offered is individualized weight loss counseling, life coaching, plus a wide array of all natural vitamin supplements and other wellness related products.
