Ardmore
Merion Concert Band to Perform at 9:45 AM
Memorial Day Parade in Ardmore on May 30th, 10:30am
The Lower Merion Township Memorial Day Parade will take place on Monday, May 30th in Ardmore! The event will be preceded by a 9:45am performance by the Merion Concert Band at Lancaster and Argyle Avenues. The parade starts at Greenfield Avenue at 10:30am sharp, with the parade in review in front of the Township Administration Building at 75 E. Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore.
Collegeville-Trappe
This year’s Collegeville-Trappe Memorial Day parade will start at 10am. on Monday, May 30th, 2016. The parade route is the same as it is each year, starting at Augustus Lutheran Church in Trappe on Seventh Ave., and then proceeds downhill on Main St. in Trappe to Waterworks Park. The 2016 Memorial Day parade ends at the Park at noon with a Remembrance Observance followed by a Community Day which will feature great food, live music, and free entertainment and games for kids!
Gladwyne
Gladwyne Memorial Day Parade & Block Party
This commemorative day is sponsored by the Gladwyne Civic Association and held in the heart of the village, rain or shine. The annual parade assembles at 11:00am behind Gladwyne Park. Children are invited to decorate their bikes, wagons, strollers and join in the parade! The parade will formerly begin at noon followed by a ceremony honoring our veterans. The block party will offer food, fun and entertainment for the whole family!
Harleysville
From May 23rd-26th, the Harleysville Jaycees are hosting their 45th annual Country Fair Days. The fair days are held at the Harleysville Community Center, 435 Park Drive, Harleysville, and offer patrons amusement rides, food and drinks, games and other entertainment.
Upper Perk
On Memorial Day the Upper Perkiomen Valley Veterans Council will hold services at 9am at the Red Hill Veterans Memorial at Main and Fifth streets in Red Hill. Following the service a parade will begin at 10am, beginning at the Pennsburg Fire Company parking lot at 9:30am. The parade will then head west on 6th Street, right onto Main Street and then north into East Greenville where the parade will proceed end at the New Goschenhoppen UCC cemetery for a ceremony created to honor our fallen veterans. Music will be provided by the Upper Perkiomen elementary, middle and high school bands as well as the Red Hill Band.
Hatfield
The Hatfield American Legion, Post 933 will be hosting the 65th Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 30th. A wreath laying ceremony will be held at 9:00am at the Veterans Memorial at Broad & Market Sts. The parade will travel from Broad & Market Streets to the Legion Home on Koffel Road. Service to follow at Legion.
Horsham
Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 11 am – 12:30 pm
Join Hickory Brass for what has become an annual tradition in a concert to honor our fallen service men/women at Whitemarsh Memorial Park’s Avenue of the Flags ceremony. Experience a family friendly program of patriotic, classical, popular and movie themes. Bring a lawn chair!

Narberth
The traditional Memorial Day Parade in Narberth begins on May 25th at 9:30am. Marchers will meet in the American Legion Hall, 80 Windsor Avenue, Narberth, PA.
Norristown
A Memorial Day Observance is being hosted by the Historical Society of Montgomery County on May 23rd at the historic Montgomery Cemetery. The event will pay tribute to more than 400 veterans buried there, representing conflicts from the War of 1812 through the Korean War. Visitors are invited to meet at the gatehouse, where a special exhibit will be displayed.
Pottstown
The Pottstown Memorial Day Parade begins at 10am on May 25th. The parade route will take guests and visitors down to Memorial Park where the Pottstown High School Band will perform. Names of departed servicemen and women will be solemnly read.
