Skippack Village First Friday Nights
When: First Friday of each month from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: Skippack Village
Enjoy dinner at one of Skippack’s fine restaurants and then take a relaxing stroll down the streets of the historic village to shop many of the unique boutiques that will be open – take your time! Shops and restaurants will be open as musicians, artists and family entertainers will dot the sidewalks, porches, and businesses throughout the village. Each month features a new theme!
Chestnut Hill First Friday
When: Friday, June 7 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Germantown Avenue, Chestnut Hill
Celebrate the weekend with extended store hours, shopping and dining specials, activities and more! Explore unique boutique shops along Germantown Avenue, local flavors at your favorite restaurants, and don’t miss Friday Night Jazz at Woodmere Art Museum.
June Fete Fair
When: Friday, June 7 from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday, June 8 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday, June 9 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: June Fete Farm, 2990 Edge Hill Road, Huntingdon Valley
The June Fete Fair is one of the earliest continuing running fairs in Montgomery County. With three days of attractions, there’s fun for everyone! There will be Barnyard Bingo, amusement rides, marketplace shopping, horse & pony show, live music, games, magic, and more! The June Fete Fair benefits Abington – Jefferson Health. Twilight Concerts 2019
When: Saturday, June 8, starting at 7 p.m.
Where: Bryn Mawr Gazebo, 9 S. Bryn Mawr Ave., Bryn Mawr
This weekend kicks off the Twilight Concert Series with a performance by Blair Bodine with The Lift Offs. Tickets are $15 (age 16 and under, free). Order in advance online at www.brynmawrtwilightconcerts.com. Bring lawn chairs and blankets. Picnics are welcome.
British Swim School Pool Party
When: Sunday, June 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: LA Fitness, 120 Garden Golf Boulevard, North Wales
Come Join British Swim School for a Pool Party!!
British Swim School invites you to bring your family to an open swim! All you need to bring is your family and towels! BSS staff will be on hand to demonstrate what sets them apart from other area swim schools and water evaluations will be available for anyone interested. The event is free, but register here to save your spot.
