Montco's 2nd Annual Beertography' Contest!!!

Show us your beer! For the second year in a row Montco Happening has collaborated with the minds behind the King of Prussia Beerfest Royale to bring you the 2nd Annual Beertography’ Photo Contest! This unique and fun competition is offering our readers the chance to win two pairs of tickets to the Philadelphia Regions largest Beer Festival, the KOP Beerfest Royale. We want you, our loyal readers and fellow beer enthusiasts to capture a summertime moment with your beer. It could be at the beach, in the mountains, at a backyard BBQ, pretty much any setting that looks and feels like summer. The only catch…your beertograph’ must be of a brew that will be on hand at this years KOP Beerfest! A list of the qualified contributors to choose from can be found by clicking here.

With over 50 brewers and more than 100 specialty beers participating in this years festival, both Craft and International, there should be no problem finding one of your personal favorites to snap a pic of. Once we receive your picture it will be added to the photo gallery where anyone can then vote. The more support you can get for your summertime beer pic the better because we won’t be picking the winner. That’s right, it’s all up to you! We will be awarding two pairs of tickets, winner and runner up, to the beer that receives the most amount of “Votes”…almost a $400 value in total!!! Not a bad deal for taking a cool picture of your favorite beer. We encourage everyone to get creative, have fun with it and to show us how your beers have been enjoying the summer. All Beertographs’ can be sent to Contest@montcohappening.com, along with your name and contact info. The Contest will be open to submissions starting at noon on 8/27/14, and polls will close at noon on 9/17/14. The two photos with the most amount of votes within that time period will win 2 General Admission tickets to the big festival on Saturday, October 4th. Winners can choose to attend one of two sessions that will be happening on that day (12pm-3:30pm, or 6pm-9:30pm). Our second annual Beertography’ Contest also allows pictures to be submitted through Instagram by using the hashtag, #kopbeertography.
