Music for Kids' Sake - Montco Happening

Music for Kids’ Sake 3 is at the Elmwood Park Band Shell @ 1325 Harding Blvd. in Norristown TODAY Sunday, September 13, 2015, from 1:00PM – 8:00PM.

It is the finale of the park’s summer series!

Music for Kids’ Sake 3 is a third annual event arts & music festival that has been voted as a finalist on the Montgomery County Happening List!! The event benefits Expressive Path.

There will be performances by five OUTSTANDING local bands, Catullus, Carlos Danger, Kicking Down Doors, and Audio Vision. They have all volunteered their time to assist Expressive Path in helping adolescents in Montgomery county participate in the arts. There will also be a performance by Jazz Royale, a teen jazz ensemble and Expressive Path’s, Olivia Pickett will sing a song. the event is hosted by the Norristown Recreation Department and Sam Ash Music Stores, King of Prussia.

This is a family friendly FREE event. You are welcome to bring picnic baskets, blankets, and chairs. There are grills in the park for barbecuing, and the snack bar will be open. Elmwood Park has two playground areas for children, and there will be painting and vendors for shopping and information.
