King of Prussia Town Center, Montgomery County’s 260,000 square-foot, groundbreaking experiential outdoor center owned and managed by CBRE Global Investors, continues to attract growing businesses while implementing seasonal programming for the community to enjoy.

Since the Town Center’s first tenant opened its doors in July 2016, the Town Center’s focus has been on attracting lively, experiential businesses to complement the walkability of Main Street and the Town Square’s open green space. Now, one year later, with nearly 90 percent of the Center leased, the Town Center introduces five new tenants, and details about their openings.

The newest addition to the center’s robust dining lineup is Duck Donuts, which opened its doors in early July. The made-to-order doughnut company from Duck, North Carolina has amassed a loyal following along the East Coast for its handcrafted donuts with complex flavor combinations and Instagram-worthy designs. A second new offering at the Town Center is Muse Paintbar. Muse combines step-by-step painting instruction from local artists with a bar and restaurant. Contributing to the Center’s vibrant and entertaining atmosphere, Muse opened its doors in August as the perfect venue for date night, a corporate event, a girls’ night, or a family outing. Muse also offers private parties including bachelorette parties, kids’ parties, fundraisers, and more.

A variety of successful programming initiatives have also debuted at the center this year, including a collection of summer events with outdoor movie screenings, live musical entertainment and pop-up Yoga classes by the King of Prussia District. Outdoor experiences are the pinnacle of the lifestyle center, which is centered around the Town Square, a communal green space which will continue to be activated with free events and programming that will continue into the fall and winter months.
