Nike Fun Run-“Shed Your Layers”
Here is your chance to give back and try some Nike Gear! Come out this Saturday for Fleet Feet’s Morning Run in North Wales. Wear a piece of your running apparel that you would like to donate, and then shed it while on your run! Replace your old gear with fun, new Nike apparel to test out on your morning run! Prizes, apparel and footwear will be available for test drive this day! All are welcome at join the fun run, even if you want to walk or take a leisurely stroll. There will also be in store specials on everything Nike, great place to grab a gift for any exercise enthusiast and sports fan!
CORE YOGA for Athletes
Looking for a new way to put a little variety into your work-out schedule? You might be surprised to find that yoga makes a perfect companion for athletes of all sports as well as the ‘jack-of-all-trade’ fitness enthusiasts. Yoga can help you develop better breathing techniques while it improves your balance, flexibility, core strength, and endurance.
