Fall weather is here, so it’s time to embrace the season with flavors like the ubiquitous pumpkin spice as well as apple and cinnamon. - Enjoy both dairy and non-dairy coconut milk-based frozen scoops, custom-made, daily.
- Their last day of the season is October 24, so go NOW!
Freddy Hill Farms, Lansdale (2020 Happening List Ice Cream Finalist)
- Hand-dipped ice cream is offered daily in an array of flavors, including seasonal flavors like pumpkin, apple pie and cinnamon Sweetzel!
- While you’re there, visit their fun center with mini golf, driving range and batting cages. Or, shop for fall decorations.
Zwahlen’s Ice Cream & Chocolate Co, Audobon (2020 Happening List Ice Cream Nominee)
- Before visiting Zwahlen’s, you’ll want to check their website or Facebook page to view the calendar of flavors. This ice cream and chocolate shop serves vanilla and chocolate daily, and then other specialty flavors that change throughout the month.
- Some upcoming flavors include Marshmallow Mash, Monster Crunch and Pumpkin.
- Plus, you can get other treats such as Swiss homemade apple crisp and pumpkin pie squares.
Bruster’s Ice Cream, Limerick (2020 Happening List Ice Cream Nominee)
- Enjoy Bruster’s newest seasonal arrivals of warmed apple dumplings served aloft cinnamon ice cream and topped with cinnamon sauce. Also, spoon into their deep dish apple pie flavor made with apple ice cream, apple swirls, plus pieces of cinnamon shortbread scattered throughout!
