A Community Festival will take place at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Wed. August 19 through Sat. August 22, 6 pm to 11 pm, Swamp Pike and Neiffer Road in Limerick Township. The 7th annual Festival features amusement rides by Tons of Fun, bungee jump and rock wall by Bruster’s of Limerick, live music and entertainment, children’s games, adult games of chance, pony rides, bingo, bake table, cash and prize raffles, Beer and Wine Garden, and Business Expo. The Platinum Sponsors for this year’s event are Kelly’s Worldclass Automotive and DS Pool Service. The Raffle Ticket Sponsor is Houck & Gofus and Gold Sponsor is Dolan Law Group.
A full menu of delicious homemade Italian, Polish and American foods is available nightly, plus Capt’n Chucky’s seafood on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Wednesday features a Ride Wristband for pay-one-price amusement rides, along with Beer Garden Trivia.
Two specialty bingos will be held at the Festival: Designer Bag Bingo on Thursday, Aug. 20 at 7 pm, and Gift Card Bingo on Saturday, Aug. 22 at 7 pm (indoor events, rain or shine). Each Bingo has an admission price of $25 for 20 games. Designer bags will range from $50 to hundreds of dollars in value. Gift card prizes are minimum $40 value. Purchase tickets at the door, or in advance after weekend Masses or from the Parish Office (610-287-2525).

- Fri. Aug. 21: John Anthony Seitz, Sean Royle Smith & Mr. Mike (singers/songwriters)
- Sat. Aug. 22: Jerry Trecroce; Rich DeSimone (Frank Sinatra show)
DJ Rich Sheldon also is on the entertainment schedule nightly.
