Christmas in July events, free concerts, cars, art & antiques, and more! Here are a few of the fun things to do in Montgomery County this weekend. (Of course, we encourage you to make decisions that fit your family’s situation and follow safety guidelines.)

Watch DoLittle in the Park for Free

When: Friday, July 24 approximately 7 p.m.
Where: 1 Parkside Place, North Wales

Free movies at the park are back in Upper Gwynedd Township! Bring the family out to enjoy the movie. Digz Dogs food truck will also be there.

Cars & Coffee Presented by Front Street Media

When: Saturday, July 25 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Where: 100 Tournament Drive, Horsham

Shine up those cars and come out for the first Cars & Coffee of 2020. All makes and models are welcome. Enjoy free coffee and donuts while you enjoy the views. (Wear masks and practice social distancing whenever possible.)

Get in the Christmas (in July) Spirit with a Drive-In Movie Night Featuring Elf

When: Saturday, July 25 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Where: Souderton Borough Park, 499 Wile Avenue, Souderton

Bring the family out for a fun Christmas-themed evening with a visitor from the North Pole at 7 p.m. and a showing of Elf at 8 p.m. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 per vehicle and must be purchased in advance HERE. Proceeds benefit the Souderton Community Park Renovation Project.

Engage Antique and Artisan Festival

When: Sunday, July 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Engage Art Studio, 1005 N. Gravel Pike, Schwenksville

Engage Art Studio will transform their lower parking lot into a vendor fair with local artists, handmade items and antiques of all sorts. There will be a free kid’s area with activities, demonstrations, food, and more! Vendors and guests must wear masks. There will be plenty of space between vendors and hand sanitizer available for use.

Celebrate Christmas in July at Elmwood Park Zoo

When: Sunday, July 26 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. (plus sales from July 23 – July 26)
Where: 1661 Harding Boulevard, Norristown

Head over to Elmwood Park Zoo and meet a very special guest from the North Pole! Santa will be visiting the zoo as part of his summer vacation. He’ll be riding in style so keep your eyes out to see if you can spot him! To celebrate Christmas in July, the Zoo will also be offering 25% off Memberships (including renewals) and 40% off select holiday products in the Nature Shop.

Enjoy a Free Performance by Reservoir Hill Band at Univest Performance Center

When: Sunday, July 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Where: 301 West Mill Street, Quakertown

Come out to listen to a local band at this free concert! Bring your own picnic or purchase from the concession stand. BYO blanket or chairs.
