“As a parent myself, I know how quickly our little ones change and grow. To me, capturing those first moments, those tiny little hands and sleepy eyes, is so important! As my own child grows, I love to look back on her early portraits – sometimes stunned by how different she has become, sometimes how similar she still is. And as a photographer, I know how important it is to my clients to capture their memories. Whether it is the first few days or few years, being a part of that time in a family’s life, even if only for an hour or two, is so gratifying. I love to see the interactions between parents and their new babies and then, later on, to see those same babies start to laugh, walk and play! I think the best portraits are those that reflect the subjects natural energy and expression, which is why I strive to make my clients as comfortable with their session time as possible. We work in their own homes or familiar venues – making it easier for even the littlest subjects to relax and let their true spirit shine! I love to deliver those images…every time..”
