Easter Weekend is here! There are so many fun things to do in Montgomery County. We’ve included a few special Easter happenings in our Weekend Picks, but you can find even more in our 2019 Easter Guide.

Easter Bunny at Merrymead Farm

When: Friday, April 19 & Saturday, April 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: 2222 S. Valley Forge Rd, Lansdale

Bring your cameras for lots of photo ops with the Easter Bunny! Enjoy the farm and pick up all your Easter essentials. Fresh spring blooms like daffodils, tulips, hyacinths and pansies as well as Easter chocolates and candies from Asher’s and Bergin’s.

East Coast Reptile Super Expo at Oaks

When: Saturday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: 100 Station Avenue, Oaks

Have a reptile lover in the family? You won’t want to miss this. There will be thousands of reptiles to view (and purchase) including snakes, frogs, lizards, chameleons, geckos and more. Tickets are $8 online or $10 (cash only) at the door. Purchase tickets here.

Bubble Festival and Easter Egg Hunt at Valley Forge Baptist Church

When: Saturday, April 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Where: 616 S. Trappe Road, Collegeville

Valley Forge Baptist is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt. There will be over 7.500 eggs, so every child will go home happy. Plus, there will be golden eggs with great giveaways! Grandpop Bubbles will be bringing his bubble wands, poles, basins, buckets and 90 gallons of special bubble juice! Come and make the biggest bubbles of your lives! With face painters and balloon artists there too, there’s fun for everyone.

Bethlehem Baptist Church Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 712 Penllyn Pk, Spring House

A faith-filled Easter Celebration beginning with a youth service at 11:30 am. Stay for the free lunch provided by Chick-fil-A & Papa John’s followed by a faith-filled egg hunt from 2 – 4 pm. Children can search for eggs filled with candy and prizes or open a golden resurrection egg which contain miniature symbols of Easter. Head inside for an explanation of the symbols and a telling of the Easter story. Register online by clicking here.

Floral & Hardy Egg Hunts

When: April 20 at 10 a.m. (ages 5 and under) and 12 p.m. (ages 6-10)
Adult Easter Egg Hunt and Party is 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Floral & Hardy is hosting Easter fun for all ages! There will be two egg hunts for the kids, divided into two age groups. Let your kids loose in this garden center’s back yard to hunt for candy-filled Easter eggs. They may also find a golden ticket for a chance to win other prizes! Later in the afternoon, there will be an Adult Easter Egg Hunt! Bring your friends for a festive afternoon and enjoy the party! Floral & Hardy of Skippack will be co-hosting this event with Justin’s Carriage House Restaurant & Bar in Skippack.They will be giving away OVER $1,000 worth of prizes, including SIX GRAND PRIZES!! Fairview Village Church Egg Hunt

When: April 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: 3044 W. Germantown Pike, Eagleville

This gigantic, free egg hunt has thousands of Easter eggs, an egg launch, visits with the Easter Bunny and other movie characters, inflatables and 5 age specific egg hunt fields. Egg hunts are divided up into separate fields according to age level and a new hunt starts every half hour. Free parking is available at Methacton High School, located at 1005 Kriebel Mill Rd., Collegeville with a shuttle bus running to the site.
