Brewing and Distilling Day at Pottsgrove Manor

When: Saturday, June 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 100 West King Street, Pottstown

Discover the colonial history of making beer, cider, and spirits of the 18th century at Pottsgrove Manor’s Brewing and Distilling Day! Living Historians will demonstrate and discuss the techniques needed to produce these daily beverages of 18th-century life. Find out about making historic alcohol from demonstrations and presentations on spirits at 11:30 a.m., beer at 12:30 p.m., and cider at 1:30 p.m. Those over 21 years old can also try samples from Blackledge Winery’s line of historic ciders and meads, and distilled spirits from Clarissa Dillon. Historic games complete the day and tours of the 1752 manor home of the Potts family will also be available.

10th Annual Lansdale Beer Tasting Festival

When: Saturday, June 22 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (VIP enter at 12 p.m.)
Where: The Football Field, steps from the Septa Parking garage, W. 5th Street and Maple Avenue, Lansdale

The Lansdale Beer Tasting Festival is a fundraising event with all proceeds going to charitable organizations. It is intended to be an opportunity to sample some of the best regional and national craft beers accompanied by great food, great music, and great people. Get tickets here.

Field Jam

When: Saturday, June 22 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: Gwynedd Preserve, 640 South Swedesford Road, North Wales

Natural Lands presents Field Jam 2019 with lively music from Wicked Sycamore and Wylder. There will be craft beer from 2SP Brewing Company and food truck fare from Dos Gringos Mexican Kitchen. Get tickets here.

Vintage Baseball at its Best!

When: Sunday, June 23 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Pennypacker Mills, 5 Haldeman Road, Schwenksville

Come to the Mills, spread a blanket, and enjoy an old-fashioned game of baseball! The Mid-Atlantic Base Ball League will play against the Athletic Base Ball Club of Philadelphia is a rousing, old-fashioned game. Kids can play Town Ball, too. There will be food vendors and free tours of the Pennypacker Mansion.

Mill Open House and Adoptable Dogs Meet & Greet

When: Sunday, June 23 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Keefe-Mumbower Mill, Swedesford Road, North Wales

Tour the only fully operational gristmill in Montgomery County! Guides will take you for a fascinating tour to see the mill in operation and give you a history of milling on the Wissahickon Creek. The restored blacksmith shop will also be operating. Lulu’s Rescue will have a Meet & Greet on site from 1 to 3 with several sweet and adoptable dogs!

35th Annual Concert Under the Stars Series

When: Sunday, June 23, starting at 6 p.m. (Food vendors and beer garden beginning at 5 pm. No outside alcohol permitted.)
Where: 175 W. Valley Forge Rd., King of Prussia

Enjoy a summer evening with a free, open-air concert! Bring blankets and chairs. This week’s performers are Gaelic Storm and special guest Brian Boru Pipes & Drums.
